Can i replace my phone?
My blackberry storm that i got in june has been acting up.the other day i got it checked at a verizon kisosk, but they cant replace it.tho they sed it was defective and verizon should replace it in store….the problem is that my grandfather is signed on the contract and hes in the philippines for about a month…i have his credentials will verizon let me repace it in store without him?
if you have all of his credentials and it is a defective product then it should be treated like a gift return and replaced for you Ask to speak with the manager, stay calm and explain the situation and then ask what can be done for you. They should be able to verify how long that you have had the telephone activated and what should be done about fixing your issue.
