cricket phone HELP?!?
Okay, so i can’t listen to my ringtones or anything and my calls only vibrate but i have the settings all on high/loud but every time i try to do something it says “silent mode activated” and i can’t figure out how to turn it off ! i tried turning my phone off and back on but that didn’t work either. help?
maybe you held ur pound key by accident try holding the pound key for a couple of seconds in most phones that chnages it from silent mode to normal mode. hoped i helped the (pound key is the fardest bottom key to the right it should be next to ur zero and under nine)
