hi the samsung e250 is a decent if a litle basic phone. it is currently available in several colours ( black, sliver, purple/lilac and pink.
its main down side is that it has a basic camera ( vga which is the equivalent to something like a 0.3 mp camera) however on the plus side it its memory is expandable, it has a full mp3 player and radio and bluetooth and looks quite nice.
so if your after a decent but not great phone on a budget go for it.
depending on the colour it is available in many phone shops.
silver is mostly stocked in virgin/zavvi stores. the pink is carphone warehouse and the lilac is only available on o2. try somewhere like the carphonewarehouse who sell mobiles on all networks for a wider choice.
oh last thing, you should have a look at the samsung j700 which is an almost identical phone but with a 1.3 mp camera.
