Need help with an Efficient Systems (Siemens) 5940 DSL router?
I need to find out my username/password for my router so we can set up credit card processing at my work. My ISP has given me a couple options, but they don’t work. And after looking it up, the factory defaults don’t work either. Is there any way to reset the router back to factory default? Or does anyone have a tech support phone # for Siemens? Or just any helpful info would be appreciated. Thanks.
If the default doesn’t work there should be a little button on the back or bottom of the router that you will need a pen or paper clip to push in. This will be the reset button. If that doesn’t work try calling 1-800-8FUJITSU. Hope this helps.
